1. The Free Milkshake Birthday Promotion (“the Promotion”) is valid for a period of 7 days starting from the individual’s actual birthdate.
2. To redeem the free milkshake, participants must present a valid identification document (ID) that includes their date of birth.
3. The Promotion is only applicable for sit-down orders at our establishment. Takeaway orders are not eligible for the free milkshake.
4. Participants must fill in the form on our website to receive their milkshake voucher via email.
5. Each participant is entitled to one free milkshake only, regardless of the number of visits during the Promotion period.
6. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, discounts, or promotions.
7. The free milkshake offered in this Promotion is subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternative flavor if necessary.
8. The Promotion is non-transferable, and the free milkshake voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
9. Our establishment reserves the right to refuse the redemption of the free milkshake voucher if the participant fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
10. The participant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of our establishment during their visit.

14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
